This group exhibition focuses on a broad and inspiring theme—flowers and the blossoming of nature.
Mordechai Beck (b. 1944, Yorkshire, England) was sketching or painting from a young age. By the time he went to Hornsey College of Art in his native London at the age of 16, he was prepared for the rigours of an art education.
Born in Jerusalem, Roni Woldenberg's paintings are rooted in the landscapes and flora of her childhood home. Even after many years, they remain a deep and lasting influence on her life.
The art exhibit draws a symbolic and aesthetic comparison between the indigenous flowers of the Land of Israel and the qualities that shape the nation and its people.
