A lonely older woman hires the services of a dance teacher to learn ballroom dancing in her home for six weeks. To her dismay, the teacher is an arrogant, domineering New Yorker. Their relationship starts on the wrong foot, but everything turns around when the two discover that the things they have in common far outweigh things divisive and argumentative.
